The message card wasn't delivered and also the flower arrangement that I picked wasn't the arrangements sent..it was missing the main reason why I chose the arrangement (the lily's) no notification was given that it would be replaced with something else or maybe the arrangement it's self wasn't available..however the order wasn't the order I placed.
