I placed an order with an on-line florist on Dec. 3, delivery date 12/19. The 19th came and went, as did several more days with no delivery. I cancelled the order and ordered thru your on-line service one evening, and my friend received her flowers the next morning!! She said they were absolutely beautiful! Thank you.
The message card wasn't delivered and also the flower arrangement that I picked wasn't the arrangements sent..it was missing the main reason why I chose the arrangement (the lily's) no notification was given that it would be replaced with something else or maybe the arrangement it's self wasn't available..however the order wasn't the order I placed.
